NOTE FROM DIANA
In the moist, dampened, churned-up soil of possibility, spring awakens... calling us into becoming and releasing with each breath. All birth, bloom, potential and manifestation comes from the same still, silent and spacious source of the boundless heart/mind of this present moment. It is only here and now that we can be alive, to love and awaken to the truth of the infinite joys, sorrows, connections and disappoints that make a life whole and graspable.
Can we moisten the hard rock of our own addictions to busyness, distraction, rejection and excess. Might we offer ourselves to ourselves through the softened body of being and presence, beginning right here and now. Practice offers us this fertile, moistened ground in which to plant the seeds of lovingkindness, compassion, ease and equanimity, enlivened by our very breath and the aspiration to live a life that contributes to happiness and freedom for us all.
As we are awake, so too can we be loving, attentive and attuned to ourselves and the possibilities revealing themselves in the tender green of NOW. Take a few breaths of the fresh, moist air of spring. Remember that you are life, filled with the truth of unimaginable goodness and love......new, unique and renewable.... HAPPY LIFE, HAPPY SPRING!!!
